Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026‑06‑05

This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, how POZNIAKOV TOV handles the information you give us when you reserve a table or write to us. The site is a small five‑page brochure for the restaurant; there is no account system and no checkout.

What we receive from you

When you send the reservation form, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, an email address or phone number, the date and time you would like, the size of the party, and any allergy or dietary note you choose to add. When you write to us by email we receive the contents of the email and your address.

What we do with it

We use the booking details for one purpose: to confirm the table by reply, to seat you when you arrive, and to reach you if something changes on our side. Allergy notes are passed to the kitchen so the right dish leaves the pass. Email messages are read by the staff member on duty and answered.

How long we keep it

A booking record stays on file for thirty days after the date of the meal. That window lets us recognise you if you call back about a coat left at the table or write again the following week. After thirty days the record is removed from the active list. Email threads are kept for as long as the conversation is open and for a short follow‑up period after; we close them down within a season.

Who else sees the data

The reservation record is seen by the front‑of‑house staff and the kitchen team at the restaurant. We do not sell or share it with marketers, advertising networks or list brokers. If we are obliged by Ukrainian law to disclose a record to a state authority (a tax inspection, for instance) we will follow the lawful order and keep a note of it.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the technical cookies a browser needs to remember a form session while you are filling it in. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising tags, or tracking pixels. Web‑server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short security window and are not joined to your booking.

Your rights

Under Ukrainian data‑protection law you may ask us, at any time, what booking record we hold for you, ask for a correction, or ask us to remove it earlier than the thirty‑day mark. Write to welcome@pozniakov.life from the address that made the booking, or ask at the front desk. We will answer within fourteen days.

Changes

If this policy changes — for example, if we add an online ordering page — the new version will appear on this page with a fresh «last updated» date at the top.
